1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OrderLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Description of Service
OrderLink provides an e-commerce platform that allows Nigerian sellers to:
- Create and manage online storefronts
- List and sell products
- Accept payments through integrated payment gateways
- Receive order notifications via WhatsApp
- Manage orders and inventory
- Access analytics and sales reports
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Sellers register using their phone number as the primary account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use OrderLink
- You must have the legal right to conduct business in Nigeria
- You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Seller Obligations
Product Listings
As a seller, you agree to:
- Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
- Use genuine product images or AI-generated images that accurately represent products
- Keep inventory information up-to-date
- Honor the prices and terms displayed to customers
Order Fulfillment
You are responsible for:
- Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
- Providing accurate shipping and delivery information
- Handling customer service and support
- Managing returns and refunds according to your stated policies
Prohibited Items
You may not sell:
- Illegal goods or services
- Counterfeit or stolen items
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Harmful or dangerous products
- Adult content or services
- Any items prohibited by Nigerian law
5. Payments and Fees
Subscription Plans
OrderLink offers various subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Business). Subscription fees are charged monthly in Nigerian Naira. All plans include a 7-day free trial.
Transaction Fees
In addition to subscription fees, we charge transaction fees on sales. The rate varies by plan:
- Starter Plan: Standard transaction fees apply
- Growth Plan: Reduced transaction fees
- Business Plan: Lowest transaction fees (0.25%)
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, OPay). Additional payment gateway fees may apply. Funds are transferred to your designated bank account according to the payout schedule.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
OrderLink's Rights
All rights, title, and interest in OrderLink's platform, including software, design, branding, and trademarks, are owned by OrderLink. You are granted a limited license to use the service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your product listings, images, and descriptions. By using OrderLink, you grant us a license to display, process, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and storefront.
9. Limitation of Liability
OrderLink provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors
- Customer disputes or transactions between sellers and buyers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OrderLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OrderLink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
Customer Disputes
Disputes between sellers and customers are the responsibility of the seller. OrderLink may assist with resolution but is not liable for transaction disputes.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
13. Privacy
Your use of OrderLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Severability
